Please be advised that a person may send a complaint to you using demonstrably and intentionally false information in a deceitful attempt to have certain materials removed from this site. He is my nephew, Jeffrey A Wilson, and he or one of his friends will do and say anything to get their way. Below is a copy of one such deceitful letter that he has sent before:

Here are some FACTS about this situation:
1.) Nothing in FusionHost's Terms of Service mentions anything about "personally identifiable information" anywhere in it. Such nonsense does not apply here.
2.) I sent these website links to Jeffrey's grandparents, SIUe school officials and the Dept. of Rehabilitation Services in Illinois in order to prove that Jeffrey and his friends are drug abusing liars. The boys are the ones who cried crocodile tears to the police about this information. Of course, the police informed them that this is a civil matter and did nothing further to follow up on it. So, that is just yet another of many provable lies Jeffrey tells on a regular basis.
3.) Next, Jeffrey's and his friend's address is NOT private. It could be publicly accessed on SIUE.EDU's list of students, addresses and phone numbers:

Ginster, Andrew J
Since this is how they found me when I returned to school, this directory is obviously well-known to them.
4.) Also, Jeffrey's telling that the videos available here were 'unsolicited" is patently false. When one watches the videos, it can be seen that they ask when they are going to get to see the video playbacks. So again, Jeffrey is telling falsehoods simply because he thinks he can get away with it.
I took down those directories voluntarily last April because I had made DVD copies of the relevant information and sent them to the proper authorities. But, now I am exercising my right to display this very important information as I see fit. Therefore, no material on this website violates any Terms of Service at all at FusionHost. Thus, I fully encourage Jeffrey to seek that "outside legal counsel" immediately. Perhaps maybe they can instruct him on what the terms, Identity Theft, Cyberfraud and libel actually mean since he and Andrew engaged in stealing my identity in order to create a phony Twitter account in May of 2011 and put up all manner of libelous material on it. Jeffrey has simply again demonstrated that he will do and say anything if he thinks it will help him get his way. He has no ethics about himself whatsoever. He and Andrew may also want to consider what the term, perjury, means if they want to go the way of civil proceedings. Just because they can lie to weak-minded idiots like Jim Klenke and Jeffrey's grandparents and get away with it, in no way means that a judge would buy their phony bullshit. And, I would be there to cross examine them and actually tell my side of things- something I have not been able to do with idiots like Klenke and the grandparents. My best advice to Jeffrey and Andrew is that their time would be better spent seeking substance abuse counseling and therapy for their chronic deceitfullness.
