Re: Emmanuel letter of December 13, 2011

To: Narbeth Emmanuel December 17, 2011

Please be advised that this matter is far from being closed. As evidence to this fact, I reiterate my demand that Jim Klenke provide a written official statement clarifying his attempts to misuse the authority of his office to obstruct and otherwise interfere with my civil rights regarding protections offered by the SIUE police department during that July 13, 2011 meeting with Jessica M Wilson and myself. He needs to either stand by his illegal activities, or he needs to retract his despicable directive and apologize. I will accept nothing less from this office in this ongoing ordeal.

Again, Klenke's acute misconduct, along with the boys' burgeoning unethical behaviors and your attempts to openly dissemble such broad malfeasance in the face of overwhelming evidence shall not go unchallenged. While I recognize that you see it as your duty (however ignoble) to protect Jim Klenke and his gross misconduct, I also recognize that you are actively willing to sacrifice the health and mental/emotional well-being of two students with proven substance abuse issues, mental health issues, and a discernable history of plagiarism and lying to officials on this campus in the process. And, you appear deliberate to condone their accumulation of other various admitted violations of SIUE's well-delineated codes of conduct in order to disguise Klenke's negligence. For these reasons, I shall continue to pursue justice in these matters with great diligence until they are remedied with honesty, integrity and a true sense of ethical resolution that is to the utmost betterment of everyone involved.

I now again await an official written statement from Klenke on his attempts to obstruct and interfere with my civil rights.

Sincerely;

James G Wilson
