Jeffrey Wilson's and Andrew Ginster's apartment at 411 2B Cougar Village, Edwardsville 62025, has been visited by the SIU-E police department to investigate the "strong odor of marijuana smoke" this semester. Jeff was present at the apartment at the time. Jeff's famous quote about the event was, "Nothing will snap you out of being high faster than seeing a cop at the other side of the door!"
