Here is Narbeth Emmanuel's confirmation of my suspicions about his first letter from July 20, 2011. Emmanuel proves that he is an impotent leader in that office and that he openly condones Klenke's proven misconduct in this matter. To Emmanuel, it is perfectly ok for Klenke to abuse the authority of his office to make baseless threats against my rights to police protection at SIUe. And, Emmanuel also thinks it is perfectly ok for Klenke to engage in coverpups and other unethical acts of protectionism for my nephew and his friends. After all, Narbeth Emmanuel is a true cover-up artist in his own right. And thus, Narbeth Emmanuel again makes clear that he is a willful contributing element to my nephew's and his friends' ongoing substance abuse and other unethical issues at SIUe.
